Showcase Band and Country/Roots Ensemble

Consisting of vocalists and rhythm section players, the Showcase Band is a dynamic group designed to replicate the professional sound of ensembles in the world of music. The repertoire is curated from a broad spectrum of music ranging from rock, neo-soul, soul, funk and pop. In addition, come celebrate MacEwan University's Country & Roots Ensemble under the direction of Kim Lesaca, this ensemble will be performing music by The Chicks, Ella Langley, Brad Paisley, Beyonce, Alan Jackson, and other country and roots music from our favourite artists.

The 2025/2026 Music Season will showcase Edmonton's up and coming music professionals performing at the highest level. Join us for an exciting year of music.
