By registering for and/or attending the 2025 Start Alberta Tech Awards you acknowledge that you are granting Start Alberta/A100 and the event sponsors the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of the photographed and/or video images of taken of you on November 13, 2025, for use in connection with the activities of Start Alberta/A100 for promoting, publicizing or explaining Start Alberta/A100 or its activities. This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images on Start Alberta/A100 and event sponsor websites, in our reports and publications and PR/promotional materials, such as marketing publications, advertisements, reports, and any other Start Alberta/A100-related publication. These images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now available to Start Alberta/A100 and the event sponsors and that may be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, videotape, and electronic/online media.
